Our History

My name is Bryce Farwell and I have been building homes since 2013. Fairspring Construction was founded in 2023, and before that, I spent a decade building homes and projects ranging from 800k-4 million dollars. Fairspring Construction currently serves customers in the King and Pierce counties of Washington state.

What We Build

Fairspring Construction focuses on new construction projects including custom homes, detached homes such as ADUs, and high-end speculative homes.

Design Partnerships

Fairspring Construction is a sister company to Fairspring Design, a full service interior design firm owned by me and my wife, Michaela. The Fairspring brand provides elevated, tailored experiences for homeowners, builders, and everyone in-between.

If your project involves design and construction, choosing to work with both Fairspring companies will deliver the smoothest and most efficient experience. However, if you prefer a different design firm, we’re happy to partner with them. Choosing Fairspring Design for your project with us is not required.
